Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or related field
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Licensed Broker) is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in business development or importation management
With experience working in a logistics company is an advantage
Knowledgeable of import regulations, tariffs, customs procedures and logistic operations
Amenable to work fully on site
Job Responsibilities:
Lead overall business development by identifying, evaluating, and pursuing sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and brokerage.
Oversee importation and logistics operations, including supplier negotiations, order management, freight coordination, and customer service.
Ensure full compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, logistics laws, and industry standards, including proper handling of regulated or dangerous cargo.
Spearhead logistics sales and operational execution, coordinating closely with the operations team to implement and manage new and existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders while negotiating favorable terms and resolving operational or contractual issues.
