Position: Sales & Account Manager – Freight/Transport

Salary: Php40,000 – Php45,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Experience working sales in transport and logistics
With experience working in a logistics company is an advantage
At least 3 years of work experience in Managerial role
Amenable to work fully on site
Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth in transport and logistics, aligning targets with organizational goals.
Lead business development initiatives, identify opportunities, and prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while negotiating favorable terms to close deals.
Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements through detailed reporting.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with logistics regulations.
