Salary: Php 115,000-Php 200,000 (2000 – 3500 USD)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese, Malaysian and Taiwanese who are conversational and proficient in Mandarin & English.
Open for no related experience.
With knowledge and experience in administrative work, including catering to VIPs, drafting meeting minutes, fast and accurate typing, strong synthesis skills, and research experience.
Experience in working in government agencies, regulators, local government units, or economic zones is a big advantage.
Willing to report on field and open to travel local.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Attend meetings with internal teams, government agencies, advisers, project partners, and other stakeholders alongside the Project Leader.
Prepare structured research notes, briefing papers, and comparison tables that summarize complex topics into clear, concise outputs for the Project Leader.
Support basic financial and project analysis in Excel (e.g., simple cashflow projections, high-level payback and sensitivity checks)
under the guidance of the Project Leader.
Support the preparation of summaries, cover notes, and document packs for submissions to government agencies and other authorities.
Prepare meeting agendas and background packs (key documents, summaries, and questions) for the Project Leader.
Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal and external audiences.
