JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Automotive or Engineering course.
Relevant work experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and repair, with at least 1 year as a mechanic.
Holder of driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3)
Preferably with NC-II Accreditation
Excellent customer service skills
Preferably residing in Batangas
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical assistance to dealers on complex technical issues, particularly on sold units
Facilitate product updates for faster recovery and resolution
Gather and document technical issues on site for warranty team feedback
Monitor and report quality concerns from the field
Support warranty processes and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
