Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9 am-6 pm
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 115,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
Open to Foreign applicants with permanent residency, such as dual citizenship.
Having experience with marketing automation tools.
Knowledgeable in basic business, systems, and process analysis.
Having experience with marketing, customer service, communications, administrative / tech support, or project management experience (agency or client side)
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing all assigned tasks according to the process and procedures.
Assist in the full service execution cycle, including briefing, planning, implementation review, and quality assurance.
Ensure that all outputs comply with the client’s branding and style standards.
Implement marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and various tools.
Maintain strong attention to detail by performing multiple quality checks to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify processes, receive guidance, and support continuous improvements.
Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, team discussions, and process updates to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
