JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates
With at least 1 year field sales experience is an advantage
Can drive 4-wheel, automatic and manual
Willing to work onsite (Field Work)
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular shop visits to build and strengthen relationships with dealers, dealer owners, and key stakeholders within the assigned territory
Lead and execute ground-level sales initiatives, including planning and implementing area-specific promotional activities
Serve as a shop consultant by providing guidance to enhance the image and overall performance of 3S shops for improved customer satisfaction
Facilitate product familiarization seminars for dealer branches to ensure up-to-date product knowledge
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on field activities, dealer performance, and market trends
Present dealer performance insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of dealer-related concerns
