Position: Spare Parts Sales Associate (Open for Fresh Graduates)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates
With at least 1 year field sales experience is an advantage
Can drive 4-wheel, automatic and manual
Willing to work onsite (Field Work)
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive and achieve assigned Spare Parts Sales targets within the designated territory
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs for both retail and pull-out activities
Execute strategic initiatives to increase overall sales performance
Monitor dealer sales activities and provide action plans to maximize growth opportunities
Ensure dealer concerns within the assigned area are properly addressed and resolved in coordination with relevant teams
