Position: Bahasa Indonesian Travel Specialist (Voice Support)

Salary: Php 83,000 Monthly
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work schedule: Shifting schedule

Requirements of the job:
Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Indonesian language
With a work experience in Travel account is an advantage but not required
With 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO
Willing to undergo training about travel terms
High school or college graduates
Willing to do customer service to airline customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their concerns through phone calls, chat, or email.
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries regarding flights, bookings, and luggage concerns.
Respond to airline customer inquiries regarding flight rescheduling and rebooking.
Assist customers with rebooking their flights to a different date.
Convert miles into free flights and other onboard benefits.
Respond to passenger inquiries regarding cancellations, fares, rescheduling, and other related concerns.
