JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in planning, developing, and implementing OSH programs
Knowledgeable in required safety reports / DOLE reports
Knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001) and Work Environment Measurement (WEM)
Preferably residing in Laguna.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle administrative documentation, contracts, and supplier relations
Manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supplies, company events, and company vehicles
Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with ISO 45001 and DOLE regulations
Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits
Prepare and submit required DOLE safety reports and compliance documents
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning
