✅Position: Production Supervisor

✅Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
✅Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
✅Salary: Php 24,000 - Php 30,000 gross
✅Work set up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎉Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
🎉Experience working in a manufacturing company
🎉Communication and interpersonal skills
🎉Has a year of experience in managing and handling a team.
🎉Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎉Monitor and control production costs.
🎉Schedule and coordinate production activities.
🎉Supervise a team of production engineers.
🎉Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans for process improvement.
🎉Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training
