We are looking for a enthusiastic, self-motivated and talented individual who at least have 1 years experience in the position of Production Sub-Leader. Can do the task by team or individual and have a strong problem-solving abilities.
Position: Production Sub - Leader
Company Industry: Japanese Manufacturing
Work Location: Biñan, Laguna
Work Schedule: Regular Schedule
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1year experience in production sub-leader
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Production Leader in daily manufacturing operations
Monitor and supervise production staff to meet output targets
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
Prepare and submit production reports to management
