Direct reports: 1 Group Sales Manager, 4 Regional Sales Managers
Indirect: Sales Support Group
End-to-end accountability for sales, operations, and relationships
Engages technical and commercial decision-makers (developers, contractors, specifiers)
Combines industry credibility, business acumen, and people leadership
Leadership: Department/Division Head
Functional Depth: Project-based solution selling, account leadership
Commercial Acumen: Revenue responsibility
Industry Knowledge: Contractors, developers, consultants
Education: Eng’g/Architecture; MBA preferred
Behavioral Profile: Strategic, people-developer, systems thinker
