Currently, they are partnering with a global multi-regulated Forex and Contract for Difference brokerage company that is looking for a Mandarin bilingual who can support their business.
Position: Mandarin Customer Care Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company (Global Forex Trading Account)
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Midshift Schedule (3pm-12am)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Work Set Up: Work at home

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Bachelor’s graduates and undergraduates in any course are welcome to apply.
✅Having Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Having BPO experience is a big plus.
✅Having strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Mandarin Customer Care Specialist is responsible for responding promptly to client inquiries via live chat, email, and other support channels.
✅Assist clients with website navigation, account registration, verification, and login issues.
✅Address onboarding-related inquiries via live chat, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
✅Maintain a smooth and positive onboarding experience to improve activation and early client engagement.
✅Provide clear guidance on trading platforms, tools, and basic product information available on the website.
✅Support clients with deposit, withdrawal, and transaction-related concerns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
✅Assist clients with technical issues related to website access, platform performance, or user errors, escalating when necessary.
✅Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and updates in CRM or support systems.
✅Educate clients on website features, security practices, and account management procedures.
✅Handle complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for timely and effective resolution.
✅Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Compliance, Finance) to resolve complex client issues.
✅Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
