Position: Sales Executive - Automotive (Open for Fresh Graduates)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ Open for Fresh Graduates
✨ With at least 1 year field sales experience is an advantage
✨ Can drive 4-wheel, automatic and manual
✨ Willing to work onsite (Field Work)
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Conduct regular shop visits to build and strengthen relationships with dealers, dealer owners, and key stakeholders within the assigned territory
✨ Lead and execute ground-level sales initiatives, including planning and implementing area-specific promotional activities
✨ Serve as a shop consultant by providing guidance to enhance the image and overall performance of 3S shops for improved customer satisfaction
✨ Facilitate product familiarization seminars for dealer branches to ensure up-to-date product knowledge
✨ Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on field activities, dealer performance, and market trends
✨ Present dealer performance insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders
✨ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of dealer-related concerns
