✨With at least 3 years of marketing/retail operation experience

Job Description / Responsibilities
✨ Monitor daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
✨ Prepare weekly performance reports and share insights with Sales, RCs, PMs, and management.
✨ Generate monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance over three-month periods.
✨ Distribute weekly store inventory reports with actionable insights and support purchase order preparation.
✨ Manage marketing expense budgets and process reimbursements, including promoter/RC salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related costs.
