Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Company Industry: Entertainment Philippines Inland Gaming Operator
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 80,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to Bachelor’s graduates and undergraduates in any course are welcome to apply.
Having executive assistant experience is a big plus.
Having administrative experience is a big advantage.
Open to no related experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Executive Assistant is the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
Screen and direct phone call,s and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

Hiring Manager Interview (Either On-site or Online Interview)
CEO's Interview - might be HR Director if needed (case to case)
