Answering and transferring phone calls
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Ordering & Receiving Material/Spares
Invoicing
Coordinating/communicating technician job
Filing and archiving
Assisting Director with admin works
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
Managing meeting room and Directors diary
Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
Handling transcription, printing, photocopying
Recording and maintaining office expenses
Handling travel arrangements
Coordinating internal and external events
Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (Required)
