Position: Accounts Payable Officer (Hybrid Set Up)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general ledger
Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Process and validate vendor invoices through 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Receiving Report & Invoice) to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
Prepare, schedule, and execute payments (Check, ACH, Wire) in compliance with company policies and payment terms
Manage vendor relationships — set up new vendors, maintain accurate master records (including W-9s), and resolve payment inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements and process monthly AP accruals to support accurate financial reporting
Code invoices to appropriate GL accounts, enter data into the accounting system, and generate aging/outstanding payables reports
Review and approve employee expense reports and manage petty cash in line with company policy
