Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
With at least 2-4 years’ experience in after sales, field sales, or territory management
With driver’s license and willing to travel across region
With experience working in automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and drive dealers’ achievement of sales targets to support overall regional performance and revenue growth.
Lead and execute localized sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand market share across the Visayas region.
Collaborate closely with Service Managers to enhance workshop productivity, optimize parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
Conduct regular dealer audits and Business Health Checks to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with company global standards and policies.
Provide on-site dealership support, performance coaching, and strategic guidance to improve sales effectiveness and operational results.
Travel regularly within the Visayas region while maintaining direct reporting responsibilities to the Cebu Office.
