JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder (Open for Undergraduates)
With at least 1-2 years’ experience in AR Collection or Field Collection
With active driver’s license
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect outstanding payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
Follow up with customers regularly regarding pending invoices and payment schedules.
Visit customers or meet them in person when required to resolve payment issues.
Coordinate with the accounts team to update collection status and reports.
Maintain professional communication with customers while ensuring timely collections.
