Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 170,000 - Php 260,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreign nationals that requires working visa
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or other related courses.
Having a professional license is a big advantage.
Having a good work experience as a President or Director who manages a construction company.
Proven experience in using sustainable design and construction practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Deputy General Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to Engineering, Design, and Surveying teams.
Lead feasibility studies, permitting, design management, contracts, procurement, cost control, and project execution.
Develop standardized design and construction modules for multinational facilities.
Oversee engineering design deliverables and ensure they comply with both local and international standards, as well as client specifications.
Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and value engineering analysis.
Plan and manage project execution strategies and workflows.
Provide project updates and dashboards to GM.
Represent engineering & design in client and stakeholder meetings.
Develop performance metrics and KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the department.
