REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreigners that requires working visa
Open to high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates of any courses.
Open to someone who has BPO experience.
Having experience in procurement and/or legal/paralegal experience, including experience in contract management.
Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Lead contracting projects independently, progressively managing more complex agreements.
Handle redlining and negotiation of legal and commercial terms.
Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance, and governance.
Maintain and report contract information, including status, compliance, risks, and amendments, ensuring alignment with client standards and global/regional contracting procedures.
Act as liaison with Legal and the Contracting COE, managing escalations, ensuring governance alignment, and supporting policy compliance.
Lead contracting projects independently for procurement agreements, leveraging client templates and playbooks to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Manage contract redlining by suggesting alternative language, negotiating legal terms with suppliers, and escalating only when exceptions fall outside established playbook guidelines.
Negotiate commercial terms independently with suppliers, collaborating with sourcing managers for subject matter input as needed, and ensure that all agreed terms are accurately captured in the contract language.
