COMPANY PROFILE: Japanese manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, surface coating, and the assembly of home appliances such as toasters and heaters.
Position: Production Assistant Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing – Electrical Appliances
Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Work Set Up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
> At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production setting
> Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
> Knowledge in quality control and production flow
> Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Assist in supervising daily production operations and manpower
> Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
> Monitor line performance and troubleshoot production issues
> Maintain records of output, efficiency, and incidents
> Coordinate with other departments for smooth production flow.
