> Position: Production Sub - Leader

> Work Schedule: Regular Schedule
> Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 gross
> Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Bachelor’s degree in any field
> At least 1year experience in production sub-leader
> Strong leadership and team coordination skills
> Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
> Good communication and problem-solving abilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Assist the Production Leader in daily manufacturing operations
> Monitor and supervise production staff to meet output targets
> Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
> Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
> Prepare and submit production reports to management
