Company Profile: Japanese Company that provide a business that produces, markets, and exports automotive wiring harnesses
>Position: Production Supervisor
> Company Industry: Manufacturing Company for Wiring
> Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
> Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
> Salary: Php 24,000 - Php 30,000 gross
> Work set up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
> Experience working in a manufacturing company
> Communication and interpersonal skills
> Has a year of experience in managing and handling a team.
> Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Monitor and control production costs.
> Schedule and coordinate production activities.
> Supervise a team of production engineers.
> Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans for process improvement.
> Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training
