Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, accounting or any related.
Open for CPA and non-CPA
With at least 1 year of working experience as accounting
With experience working in a BPO experience is a plus
Can start ASAP
Willing to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
Record and monitor financial transactions, including the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local tax regulations.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external financial and tax audits.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of research analysts to ensure quality and efficiency.
Support the maintenance of internal controls and contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
