JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax and Admin.
Willing to work in Makati
Amendable to attend a face to face interviews.
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for reviewing and examining various documents submitted by clients to ensure that all information is complete, accurate.
Verify, evaluate, and double-check payroll records, financial statements, tax returns, and other financial.
Perform a wide range of general administrative duties, including organizing files, maintaining records, preparing documents.
Coordinate and manage payments, settlements, and other financial transactions with external partners as well as with other Japanese subsidiaries, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and on time.
Assist in handling additional responsibilities and special assignments as required by supervisors or management, while maintaining efficiency and professionalism in completing tasks.
