Join a specialized digital delivery team at a premier global aviation hub. In this role, you will be the technical orchestrator for the stability and performance of our Corporate Website and critical mini-platforms. This is a hybrid position combining deep-dive technical troubleshooting with vendor management (Small PM style), ensuring our digital heartbeat remains strong.
Core Responsibilities
- Production Reliability: Act as the first responder for incident triage, service requests, and enhancement cases for web and cargo platforms.
- Technical Investigation: Perform initial investigations into production issues, including log analysis, reproduction steps, and impact assessment.
- Vendor & Case Governance: Coordinate with external contractors to drive incident resolution, brief them on technical fixes, and obtain quotes.
- Code Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews on vendor submissions to ensure security patches and enhancements meet high-availability standards.
- CMS Support: Manage day-to-day content workflows and template updates across OpenText TeamSite, WordPress, and Umbraco.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports and trend summaries to help proactively mitigate system risks.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of IT experience with a strong background in web development.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in J2EE/JSP, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- CMS Advantage: Solid experience with OpenText TeamSite (workflows/templates) or popular CMS like WordPress and Umbraco.
- Industry Edge: Candidates with experience in the Air Cargo industry or Mainland China-based projects will have a significant advantage.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (both written and verbal) is essential for vendor coordination.
