Position: Spanish VIP shippers Specialist (Account Management)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino applicants who speak and read Spanish.
Can speak Spanish and English.
Open to foreigners speaking Spanish with permanent visa in the Philippines.
Bachelor’s degree in any related courses.
Assist premium members thru chat, email and phone calls.
Having customer service experience is a big PLUS.
Background in shipping, logistics, freight, or supply chain is an advantage.
Able to work night shift and rotational schedules.
Can understand client’s preferences and concerns.
Willingness to provide great customer satisfaction to all kinds of callers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as Spanish Concierge for the shipments.
Help customers reschedule the pick up of deliveries.
Assist Spanish clients if they prefer email, chat or Calls.
Provide notification to Spanish clients regarding Estimated delivery times.
Provide freight cost estimates and quotation to Spanish Clients.
Provide updates on confirmed booking and successful delivery of cargos.
Guide customers on requirements for sensitive or oversized cargo.
Help Spanish customers how to navigate the Mobile Online App for easy booking.
