JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national fluent in French
Bachelor's degree in any field
With experience in QA, customer service, operations, or cross-functional teams (private/public/government/military).
Knowledge and experience in SAP, Salesforce, CIR, Power BI, Excel.
Analysis skills for optimization, cost reduction, quality gains.
Willing to work in a graveyard schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Handle quality complaints end-to-end with timely, accurate responses per business rules.
Use project management, process improvement, customer service, and communication skills to resolve issues.
Analyze quality metrics to boost satisfaction, growth, and fix product complaints.
Lead projects, train team members, align with business strategies.
Interpret trends and data from company reports.
Collaborate on global SIBG complaint process standards.
Design and implement workflow, process, and tool enhancements.
