JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
With SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Customer service background a plus.
Ready to start ASAP.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Serve as main contact between customers and internal teams.
️Check and resolve order blocks on delivery/billing, plus incomplete orders.
️Process credits, return authorizations, and debits.
️Log all customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and feedback.
️Deliver outstanding customer service.
️Take on additional tasks as required.
