Requirements:
Open to any Foreign National with C1-Native proficiency in German language
With or without relevant experience
Open for undergraduates
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
Amenable to start ASAP
Can attend one day onsite processing
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end renewal processes, quoting per policy, engaging contacts proactively (via email, calls, meetings), and driving top quarterly rates and billings.
Partner with Account Owners, Support, and AR teams to resolve issues, facilitate smooth renewals, and pursue upsells for extended subscriptions and new products/services.
Manage renewal pipeline with timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and data-driven discussions using usage analytics and feedback.
Maintain precise CRM records, documentation, and compliance throughout.
Oversee collections and renewals management to maximize customer value.
