Position: Sales Manager

Salary Offer: Php 35,000 basic Salary + Commission
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field.
At least 5 years of related work experience.
Experience in automotive industry or experience working with dealer networks is an advantage.
Emendable to work onsite.
Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets for a specific territory.
Set sales goals for the team and individual representatives, and monitor performance against these targets.
Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground support and gather insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
