Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 1-2years of sales experience
End-to-end B2B sales experience is an advantage
Available to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Support and drive sales targets by optimizing strategies and motivating the team.
Execute sales campaigns, set goals, forecast quotas, and manage the pipeline.
Lead by example through active selling, including cold calling.
Coach, develop, and monitor Sales Executives to ensure strong performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans and drive revenue growth.
