JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan or other locations
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
Must be able to speak basic English
Open for College Graduates, Undergrad, Vocational, or High School Graduate
Knowledge of web technologies such as Java Enterprise Edition, Database Management Systems and SQL
Experience with handling Java Enterprise Edition
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle.
Willingness to work in any location within Metro Manila (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City)
The salary is still open for Negotiation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business process and application needs.
Design and develop high-quality applications using Java Enterprise Edition, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Create technical specifications and design documents, outlining the architecture and functionality of the applications.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
Gather and Analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
Design develops, test, implement and maintain application system or web-based applications
