Position: Japanese Store Development Staff / Business Developer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer.
Open to Male or Female
Excellent English communication skills is a big plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company is a big advantage
Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate applicants with experience in the related role.
Age 30 to 43 (flexible depending on experience and skills)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit and conduct property area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, and sales estimation.
Negotiate with Filipino / Japanese managers regarding leasing and contract terms including the discussion of construction and asset classifications
Create competitor Analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and rival strategies.
Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
Work with the other department to boost the stores on social media and collaborate with other departments to make sure our current locations stay successful.
