Position: Warehouse Team Lead (Laguna Technopark)

Salary: Php30,000-Php50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00pm

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree of any course
With at least 8-10 years experience in warehouse operation
With at least 4-8 years supervisory or leadership experience
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, put-away, inventory control, and outbound shipping, managing teams of 10–30+ personnel
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and strict adherence to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) standards
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory, process transactions, and generate operational reports
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse space utilization
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff while managing productivity, attendance, and performance
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
Maintain workplace safety by enforcing standards, implementing 5S practices, and conducting regular safety training
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and applying LEAN methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
