Position: Japanese Java Developer Team Lead
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Speaker who has JLPT N1, N2 or N3 Level
Preferably with JLPT Certificate, but not required
Open to Japanese National with a Permanent Visa in the Philippines
With strong Java Skills and Leadership experiences
The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills (Java) and handling junior developers
Experience in team leadership or project management is essential
Ability to solve complex issues and provide practical solutions
With working experience in the required IT skills and Leadership Skills for at least 6 years and above
Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Salary is Highly Negotiable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and guide a team to deliver Java-based projects on time and to quality standards
Act as a liaison between local and Japanese teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and requirements
Manage the design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of Java applications
Troubleshoot issues and contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from design to release.
Analyze and resolve application issues and provide technical guidance to the team
