Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a M365 specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 suite, enterprise messaging services, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to ensure peak operational performance.
- Architect and refine Corporate Directory Services (Active Directory / Entra ID), ensuring seamless integration with third-party technical solutions and identity management frameworks.
- Lead the technical setup and infrastructure migration for new business entities, ensuring all regional branches align with the group's overarching technology strategy.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to accelerate cloud adoption, ensuring that cloud operations are resilient, scalable, and optimized for the firm's evolving needs.
- Spearhead Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and BCP processes. You will manage backup solutions and encryption technologies to safeguard mission-critical data against outages.
- Partner with application architects and security specialists to develop converged technical processes that streamline service delivery and bolster system defenses.
- Perform rigorous evaluations of emerging IT management tools and M365 features to identify opportunities for automation and infrastructure modernization.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for auditors and external consultants, ensuring all infrastructure adheres to strict insurance industry regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing complex IT environments within the financial or insurance sector.
- Advanced proficiency in the M365 stack, including Exchange Online, Intune, and Power Platform.
- Deep expertise in Identity Services (Active Directory, Entra ID) and Virtualization (Azure Virtual Desktop / VMware).
- Proven track record in managing Cloud Infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and implementing robust Backup/DR solutions.
- Security & Infrastructure Knowledge: * Solid understanding of SSL certificate management, encryption protocols, and network/storage architectures.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and hybrid infrastructure security.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is highly valued for regional collaboration.
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
