Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience of the candidate)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree of any course
With at least 8-10 years of experience in accounting
With a least 8-10 years of experience in managerial or leadership role
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial close processes
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to support management decision-making
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Manage product costing, job costing, and cost analysis to support operational efficiency and profitability
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements to support daily operations and strategic planning
Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency as the business scales
