Bachelor’s degree
At least 3-8 years of experience in transport and logistic business development
With at least 3 years in leadership or managerial role
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets aligned with company objectives.
Lead business development initiatives, identifying, evaluating, and converting new opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term partnerships.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements and successful deal closures.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new and ongoing accounts.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations while addressing client concerns and resolving operational issues effectively.
