Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related course
3–5 years proven experience in selling Non-Life Insurance Sales (Travel, Cars and others)
Background in customer service and client relationship management
Knowledgeable in various non-life insurance products (e.g., Motor, Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, Engineering)
Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Available to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
Generate new business by actively engaging prospective clients and promoting non-life insurance products
Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance coverage and protection plans
Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation
Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing
Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
