Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
At least 8-10 years of experience as general manager.
knowledgeable in Mathematics, Strategies is a plus.
Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, warehousing, and inventory management to reduce downtime.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure company profitability.
Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Over-all control in Management
Over-all control with Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisors and workers
