Position: Mandarin Procurement Manager
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Industry: E-Commerce
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-Up: Hybrid Set-up (22 days WFH credits per quarter)
Requirements:
Must be highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin and English.
Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related subject area.
At least 2 years of practical work experience of dealing with external business partners.
Good in strategizing with team members to cut procurement expenses, strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing the best quality equipment, goods and services.
Responsibilities:
Possesses a good business sense and an entrepreneurial attitude to identify possibilities and manages cost reduction programs and price discussions with business partners.
Leads supply chain risk assessments for various product categories to reduce the effects of unforeseen incidents on the supply chain.
Participates actively in decision-making throughout the product life cycle.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders on product launches, supplier phase-ins and outs, and product launches.
Communicate with internal teams like Product Development, Markets, and so on in addition to the suppliers.
Monitor and enforce all tax rules that pertain to the company's condition, and have the knowledge to read and comprehend these requirements.
Collaborate with team leads across the business in supporting their financial activities, guiding them through the financial process, and interpreting the progress, implications of financial outcomes.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
