Position: Mandarin Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
Handling a large number of sales calls and chat inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist Customers Online and Support Live Chat.
A positive and optimistic work attitude, excellent work plan, and self-management ability can work under pressure and love sales work.
Responsible for increasing the number of new accounts.
Responsible for meeting sales targets. Meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas through upselling.
Effectively handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure resolution - escalate when required.
Responsible for conducting cold calls and disseminating product information to potential clients.
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
Open to Graduates and Undergraduates who completed at least 2 years in college.
Experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required.
Experience in Customer service is an advantage but not required.
