Position: Mandarin Account Executive

Schedule: Dayshift 9AM-6PM
Salary: P80,000 - P100,000

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Filipino
Bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably business administration course
Experience in Logistics or E-commerce industries preferred
With at least 1-3 years supervisorial work experience or in the same role/capacity is an advantage
Background in Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Coordination
Duties:
Manage existing clients for retention and collaboration to drive volume growth.
Build a strong client relationship to ensure that we minimise opportunities for competitors to gain their business.
Act as the customers’ main point of contact by liaising closely with the relevant departments within the company to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are dealt with timely and accordingly.
Handle the end to end onboarding of newly signed up shippers based on agreed turnaround time.
Lead shipper’s product mapping, marketplace and last mile integration, order testing.
Handle the end to end offboarding of clients and in charge of securing clearances from all concerned departments before release of stocks or completion of offboarding.
Publishes periodic reports and provides basic data analysis to internal/external stakeholders.
Creating an onboarding deck presentation for new clients.
