Position: Mandarin Store Manager (Newest Chinese Fashion Industry)
Location: Novaliches, Quezon City (SM City Fairview)
Schedule: Dayshift - Midshift Schedule

Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000

Requirements:
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in any course.
Experience as a retail Store Manager, preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand.
Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people.
Experience in handling a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches.
Proficient in the Mandarin language (Read, write, and speak).
Responsibilities:
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits/sales, etc.
Actively maintains a global brand image.
Manage daily store operations that include assisting with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
