Position: Aftersales Manager

Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Salary Offer: Php 70,000 + commission
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with alternate Saturday
Work Set Up: Work on Site
Job Requirements:
💥Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field.
💥With at least 5 years experience in handling aftersales operations particularly in car dealership set-up.
💥With 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
💥Experience in automotive industry or experience working with dealer networks is an advantage.
💥Emendable to work onsite.
💥Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
💥Hire, train, coach, and manage aftersales staff (service advisors, technicians, parts personnel).
💥Build strong customer relationships, handle escalated complaints, resolve issues, and manage warranty claims.
💥Oversee daily service, parts inventory, and workshop operations, ensuring adherence to standards.
💥Develop strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty, track KPIs, analyze data, and improve efficiency.
💥Manage budgets, control expenses, and achieve revenue targets for the aftersales department.
💥Work with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless service delivery.
