Responsibilities:
Execute daily assembly tasks as assigned by the Assembly Lead .
Follow Work instructions and checklists accurately to ensure zero defects.
Perform visual inspection of parts and materials before assembly.
Report material shortages or defective parts to the Assembly Lead.
Assist in keeping the assembly line moving by completing tasks on schedule.
Perform tasks using the correct tools, jigs, and instructions. Correct tools refer to calibrated measuring tools and control documents
Initiate learning and improve skill competency over time; align to annual training matrix
Perform 5S practice daily in the working area. Upkeep and maintain tools and jig always in good condition. Ensure material with clear identification and arrange in orderly
Ensure following safe work procedures and to use personal protective equipment (
safety boots, ear plug, safety glasses, face mask ) according to safety instruction
To align with company vision-mission-annual plan; provide full support to ensure
success
Execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
Experience: 2 - 3 years of related technical experience.
Education: Diploma or equivalent technical experience.
Skills/Technical Requirements: Ability to follow written and verbal work instruction, assembly drawings, and use common tools and mechanical fixtures;ability to use the diagnostic terminal
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive
Willing to work on shift for certain schedule.
