VACANCY FOR HR OUTSOURCING OFFICER
Job Title: Hr. Outsourcing Officer
Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos state
Mode: Hybrid
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for outsourced staff across client locations
- Act as primary liaison between clients, employees, and internal teams
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, deployment, documentation, and exits
- Monitor attendance, performance, employee relations, and handle conflict resolution
- Process payroll (including statutory deductions) and prepare payroll reports (pay slips, tax, reconciliations)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements
- Support disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare periodic HR reports and benchmark outsourcing services for improvement
Qualifications &Experience
- ND/HND/BSc in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations or outsourcing
